How to Return or Exchange Items with Admiresty
At Admiresty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process as simple as possible. Follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange:
1. Check Our Return Policy
Before starting a return or exchange, ensure your item meets the following criteria:
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Some items, such as personalized products or final sale items, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.
2. Start the Return/Exchange Process
To begin your return or exchange:
- Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
- Enter your order number and email address to access your order details.
- Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange and specify the reason for the return.
- For exchanges, choose the replacement item or size you’d like.
3. Prepare Your Return Package
Once your return request is approved:
- Print the provided return label or use your own shipping method (if applicable).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to avoid damage during transit.
- Include the packing slip or a note with your order details inside the package.
4. Ship Your Return
- Affix the return label to your package.
- Drop it off at the nearest shipping location or schedule a pickup with the carrier.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped as soon as we receive and process your returned item.
5. Refund and Exchange Processing
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped as soon as the return is processed.
